Pre-Order Policy & Cancellation
Some items in our store may be offered as pre-order. Pre-orders are for products that are out-of-stock or not yet in production. We collect full payment at the time of order to secure your place in the build queue.
Cancellation & Changes
- You may cancel or modify a pre-order at any time before we begin production (typically within the first 30 days after order placement, depending on stock and production schedule).
- To cancel or request changes, email hello@grandeembergrills.com with your order number.
- If production has already started (e.g., materials ordered, cutting, or assembly begun), we cannot cancel or fully refund the order. You may be eligible for a partial refund minus any non-recoverable costs (e.g., custom parts, deposits paid to suppliers).
- Once the item is fulfilled (shipped or ready for collection), cancellation is no longer possible – see our Returns & Refunds Policy for post-delivery options.
Important
Pre-orders are binding commitments to secure limited production slots and materials. Late cancellations may incur fees to cover costs already incurred. We will always communicate production timelines and any changes promptly.
