Return Policy
To qualify for a return and refund, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Please note that delivery charges—including express or premium shipping—are non-refundable.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Before sending any items back, please contact us with your name and order number. We’ll provide you with a return reference number, which must accompany your return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you via email about the outcome—whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
If the product is returned for reasons other than damage or defect, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please also note that if you paid by credit card, any processing fees we incurred to handle your payment will not be refunded.
