What to Expect When You order Your Grill

• Heavy Pallet Delivery Your grill is shipped securely on a pallet (roughly 150–200 kg total, depending on model and accessories). The delivery driver uses a trolley to bring it to your door or chosen spot, so we need hard, level ground (concrete driveway, tarmac, paved path, etc.) for safe unloading. Soft surfaces like grass, loose gravel, or mud aren’t suitable and may mean the driver can’t complete delivery — in that case we’ll need to reschedule or charge extra fees.
• Assembly Required The grill arrives in multiple parts. Full assembly instructions are included, and most customers find it straightforward with basic tools (Allen key set/Adjustable Spanner). We recommend having 2 people available to safely lift and position the heavier sections to make the job quicker and safer.
• Shipping Time In-stock orders ship within 10 business days after payment confirmation. If your order includes a pre-order item, we’ll hold the whole shipment until it’s ready and keep you updated every step.
• Firebricks Shipped Separately Your firebricks are shipped directly from the supplier. The price for them is included with the grill.
