Shipping policy
Heavy Pallet Delivery
Orders ship on a heavy pallet (150–200 kg). Delivery requires hard, level ground for trolley access – grass, gravel, or soft surfaces are not suitable and may result in refusal or extra fees. The grill arrives in multiple parts for assembly (instructions provided). We recommend 2+ people to safely move and position the components.
- Orders are shipped within 10 business days after payment confirmation.
- Free shipping is included on all grills within the IOM.
- If your order includes a pre-order item, shipping will be held until that item is ready. We will notify you of any changes.
- Firebricks will be shipped separately directly from supplier.
